A New Resource for Christian Leadership Renewal
As a leader, you are consistently called to support, encourage, equip, and care for the people around you.
But who is supporting you?
Christian leadership can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be demanding, isolating, and at times draining. Many leaders carry extraordinary responsibilities while striving to remain faithful to their calling, their people, and the mission God has entrusted to them.
A little more than a year ago, we began asking a simple question at Sagebrush & Vine:
How can we better support the people who spend their lives supporting others?
That question became deeply personal for me. After years of leadership development, ministry, learning, and prayer, we felt called to create something that would help Christian leaders renew not only what they do, but the mindset from which they lead.
I'm grateful to share that our new Faith-Aligned Mindset™ program is now available.
Rooted in Sacred Scripture and informed by cognitive science, the program helps leaders become more intentional about their thinking, recognize limiting narratives, strengthen their resilience, and lead with greater clarity and faithfulness.
Through guided formation, personal reflection, and practical application, participants have an opportunity to examine a fundamental question:
Does the way I'm leading truly align with what I believe?
Throughout the experience, you’re invited to:
Recognize and renew limiting thought patterns that influence your confidence, decisions, and relationships.
Strengthen resilience and develop more intentional responses to change, uncertainty, and setbacks.
Reconnect your thinking with their faith and vocation, bringing greater clarity to how you live and lead.
Translate personal renewal into practical action, developing habits and approaches that support lasting growth.
We've already had the privilege of sharing this formation with Christian leaders, and it's been encouraging to see how potent the program can be.

We believe this work is particularly important in what some have described as a new apostolic age, a time when, like the early Church, Christian leaders are navigating significant change, uncertainty, and increasingly complex ministry challenges.
Our goal is to contribute to a broader movement of Christian leadership renewal across the country, one that helps leaders steward their thinking, remain grounded in their faith, and more fully live out their vocations.
